The summer can be an obstacle when trying to balance motherhood and working on your business. As moms, we aren’t always perfect, but we kick ass most days. Creating a routine can be extremely helpful. This routine refers to not only the structure of your day but fitting in some self-care.
Our kids feed off of our energy, so sometimes we just have to take a minute to settle down. This can be a time in the morning or at some point throughout the day to stop. This could be journaling or do anything that makes you happy.
Watch the full video below for tips on how to merge being a mom and running your business.
The group was created to support moms and build a community where we can share our ups and downs, talk about topics that are raw and real, share tips to keep us sane in a world of chaos, work, kids, households, etc. Biz moms can come and share what they are working on AND find ways to enjoy their motherhood journey. In The Mom Bomb Lounge, there is so much to do!
